Do you work with patients of all ages?
Absolutely
I don’t think I have a problem but can I still see you?
100% it’s always good to get an assessment and see where could be worked on to avoid any potential biomechanical issue from arising or to make you stronger / more efficient or functioning optimally from a biomechanics and functional perspective.
Do I need a referral?
The answer is no, however if you are DVA then yes. If you are wishing to potentially get a EPC form from your GP, you may enquire but it’s under your GPs discretion based on your needs / presentation.
Can I make an instant claim with my health fund?
Yes! We have Medicare and HICAPS On the Spot Claiming Available (Note: Medicare is only valid if you have an enhanced primary careplan)
Do you take workers compensation patients?
Workers Compensation Claims are welcome with approval. From here we will tailor a plan for further treatment individually to your case.
Are you NDIS registered?
Yes, we are NDIS registered and welcome every plan.
How do I know which appointment to book?
For all new patients, an Initial Consultation is required. You can select from a 60 or 90-minute appointment. To find out about the difference in appointment types, click here.
