60-Minute Adventure

What to expect

Perfect for when you’ve got something specific bothering you that needs attention. We’ll tackle your main concern and get you moving better.

Hands-on Care

You’ll receive focused hands-on treatment for your primary concern areas. We’ll zero in on what’s causing your discomfort and address it directly.

How We'll Assess You

I’ll analyse your body mechanics from the ground up, examining how your entire kinetic chain functions both in static posture and during movement. I’ll also assess your footwear (which reveals more about your movement patterns than most realize). Since we’re working within an hour, we may need to prioritize which aspects of your biomechanical system need immediate attention if you’ve got multiple concerns.

Exercise Know-How

You’ll walk away with targeted exercises that make sense for your body. I’ll explain the basics, but we might not have time to perfect every movement. Don’t worry though – you’ll get access to my video library so you can follow along at home and nail those exercises.

The Game Plan

After our session, I’ll craft a treatment plan focusing on your main concern. You’ll receive a clear, no-nonsense report with just what you need to know to keep improving between visits.

What's next?

I’ll make sure you know exactly what steps to take moving forward. If we discover your body needs more detective work, we can always book a longer session next time to dig deeper.

This is a comprehensive experience for those looking to gain deeper insights into their movement patterns. Perfect if you have several concerns or simply want a more thorough assessment of your body mechanics.

Hands-on Care

Plenty of time for comprehensive hands-on treatment. We can address multiple areas in one session, connecting the dots between what’s happening in your feet and how it affects your knees, hips, and beyond.

How We'll Assess You

We’ll take our time to thoroughly assess your movement patterns from the foundation upward. I’ll observe how your feet influence your overall movement chain and how forces travel through your body during different activities. We’ll examine your posture, gait, and functional movements while considering how your footwear contributes to these patterns. Most importantly, we have time to synthesise these findings into a clearer understanding of your unique movement system.

Exercise Know-How

We’ll not just learn exercises – we’ll practice them together so you feel confident doing them at home. I’ll watch you move, give you personalized cues, and make sure you’ve got them down pat before you leave. And yes, you’ll still get those video demos for home reference!

The Game Plan

You’ll receive a comprehensive treatment plan that addresses all the pieces of the puzzle we’ve discovered. Your detailed report will connect the dots between your feet and the rest of your body, with a clear roadmap for getting you where you want to be.

The 90-minute session allows us more time to explore the connections within your movement system. We can discuss how imbalances in one area may influence others and develop strategies that consider your body’s interconnected nature.

Important note

Even with the extended time, if you have multiple concerns that have developed over many years, we may need to prioritise. Depending on what we discover during the assessment, we might focus more time on evaluation and education rather than hands-on treatment in this initial session. Each body tells its own story, and we’ll adapt our approach based on what we find.
