General Skin & Nail Care

Keeping your feet healthy & comfortable

Your feet carry you every day, so it’s no surprise they sometimes need extra care. At The Sole Pod, we treat a wide range of skin and nail concerns to keep your feet healthy and comfortable.

SKIN & NAIL ISSUES

Often caused by fungal infections (onychomycosis), which can lead to pain or permanent nail damage if left untreated. We offer tailored treatment plans, including antifungal therapies and, if needed, surgical intervention.

Can cause infection if not managed properly. We offer gentle clearing, nail brace methods, or minor nail surgery to relieve pain and prevent recurrence.

A common fungal infection that causes itching, burning, and peeling skin, especially between the toes. We provide effective treatment options to clear it up and prevent it from returning.

Pressure-related Concerns

Hard, painful skin caused by friction or pressure, often linked to poor footwear or biomechanics. We safely remove these while addressing the root cause to prevent them from coming back.

Viral skin growths that commonly develop on weight-bearing areas of the feet. We provide treatments to eliminate warts and support your immune response.

Dry, cracked heels can be caused by age, diabetes, skin conditions, or excess foot stress. We offer expert care, including medical-grade foot creams that deliver outstanding results. If your heel issues are linked to biomechanics, we’ll address the underlying cause to keep your feet feeling their best.

Splinters, glass, or even embedded hair can lead to infections if not removed properly. We handle minor removals in the clinic and can perform more advanced procedures if needed. Elise also has specialised training in treating conditions like ganglions, bursitis, and Morton’s neuroma using injection therapies.
